This week our students will be taking Mastery Connect Tests. Students will use this time to take benchmarks tests in Reading, Writing, Math, and Social Studies.
As we come to a close for the first 9 weeks, I want to say that the students have done a fabulous job on our Ecosystem Unit. We will be moving into Land forms and Oceans as time permits this week.

Happy Fall Y’all! It’s my favorite time of the year!

September 21st. If you have not turned in your child’s $12.00
yet, please do so as soon as possible.

*Please remember that Parent/Teacher conferences are
scheduled for September 28th. If you have not yet set up a
conference with me, please email or call as soon as possible
to discuss your child’s academic success.

*Please note, every Thursday is communication day here
at Killian. Your child should be coming home with graded
papers stapled to a yellow progress report. Please sign
and return the entire packet with your child as soon as
possible. I keep all student work filed in class for
future reference.

*Killian Kick-Off is scheduled for Saturday September 29th.

diet of an owl. As we continue to focus on Ecosystems. Students
will be introduced to the differences between Carnivores,
Omnivores, and Herbivores.

Thursday- Intern Ms. Anthony will be teaching students

Friday-  The student will work in small group to create food
web/chains. Each group will be working with a different Ecosystem.
